We manually block off the calendar when a booking is confirmed.

  • Full payment is due at time of reservation.

    Accepted payments:

    • Check and snail mail, no fee

    • Venmo, 1.9% fee

  • Similar to 10th Mountain Huts,

    • If cancelled >4wks, 80% hut credit for a future stay within the year

    • If cancelled <4wks, forfeiture of payment

  • These are considered weeknights and can be rented for $50/person/night.

    The hut may be rented to other guests during your stay on weeknights.

  • For these days you must rent the whole hut at $500/night.

    Friday & Saturday nights must be booked together for the weekend.

    For holidays, there is a three-night minimum. Holiday dates:

    • Labor Day - 9/4,5,6/26

    • Columbus Day, 10/9,10,11/26

    • Thanksgiving Day, 11/26/26

    • Christmas Day, 12/25/26

    • New Year’s Day, 1/1/27

    • Martin Luther King Jr Day, 1/15,16/17/27

    • President’s Day, 2/12,13,14/27

    • Memorial Day, 5/28,29,30/27

    • Independence Day, 7/3,4,5/27
